The comprehensive meeting brought together representatives from the Uganda Police, private security companies, and the Swangz Avenue production crew to map out security strategies designed to ensure the event runs safely and efficiently.

Key points of discussion included crowd management, traffic regulation, emergency response planning, and implementation of strict safety protocols. Organisers have assured the public that all venue entry points will be under tight security, manned by trained professionals and crowd control units to manage the large number of expected attendees.

Swangz Avenue reiterated its commitment to providing a safe environment, stating that their events have consistently maintained high safety standards. To accommodate the full day’s entertainment, gates will open at 11 AM, and attendees are advised to arrive early for a smoother experience.
